Yoga home workout with Amanda as she guides you through gentle yoga poses that can be done at home using a doorway, wall, and chair for support. These are yoga exercises I practice in my kitchen when waiting around while baking. I call them "yoga hacks" that you can easily incorporate into your daily life routines. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyv-Y3DcFoA

This NEW 1-HOUR YOGA class starts out with a little warm-up and then for strength, I focus on balancing the hamstrings with the quad muscles. Then I incorporate the adductors (inner thigh muscles) and the core by going into deeper squats, and then crow pose, an arm balance. I end the class with some gentle stretches. https://youtu.be/_aKo8__7Dqk
